Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the following:

Faulty or damaged items
Incorrect products delivered
Conditions:

The product must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be processed once items are returned.

2. Cylinder Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only permitted for:

Like-for-like bottles from compatible brands (e.g. Flogas, BP Light)

No refunds are given if:

You order the wrong type and fail to notify us before delivery
You do not return an empty bottle for exchange where applicable

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
